ZAC COOKE MUSIC · 7 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy & cookies.

Who is responsible for your information?

Zac Cooke, trading as Zac Cooke Music, is responsible for information you provide directly when enquiring about music services. Contact zachughcooke@gmail.com or 07525 825621 with any privacy questions.

Enquiries and bookings

If you contact Zac, your name, email address, phone number if supplied, event date, venue and message may be used to answer your enquiry, discuss availability and arrange a booking. Please only include information relevant to your event.

The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit information to a website database or store your enquiry in browser storage. You decide whether to send the email from your own email service. Email is received in Gmail, provided by Google.

Why your information is used

Information needed to respond to a booking request and arrange or deliver a performance is used to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform that contract. General correspondence is handled for the legitimate interest of answering questions and running the music business. Where records must be retained to meet tax or other legal duties, the basis is legal obligation. This form does not sign you up to a mailing list.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is needed while your enquiry remains active. If a booking follows, relevant information is needed to arrange and deliver the performance. Records may need to be retained afterwards for applicable accounting or legal requirements or to address a dispute. Retention should be limited to those purposes; contact Zac for details about a particular record.
